Details: (optional) I lost this item on a roll back. I took a screenshot from the News tab of my guild window. It is in a JPG format. I am not sure how to post it here. I tried using the recover missing/disappeared items, but it didn't work.

Legendary items can be recovered with item level 910 only.

You will have to do the quest to make it 970 item level.
