[COMPLETED] Missing: Melandrus' Spellstone

Details: This item should drop by Advisor Melandrus in Court of Stars as part of the quest Court of Stars: Beware the Fury of a Patient Elf.
It's a 100% drop. I completed the run, got the kill count for the boss but the item didn't drop.
I did it in Group Mode and on Mythic 0.
I'm stuck on that quest and can't continue for the flying on legion achievement.

After reset I menage to find a group for Heroic, at the last boss me and two other players were able to loot the item from the boss, what is not possible on Mythic M0.
So I Completed the quest.
The Request can be closed.
