I have 109 Mounts collected on my account

Got the Achievement

Didn't get sent the Reins for the Mount on this char

It only got sent to my lvl 40 char who can't use it

Had the same problem with the Achievement for 50 Mounts - http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=2143/leading-the-cavalry
