Bug description: I lost my Offhand weapon after i changed on another spec, i received https://imgur.com/a/jOQlx but this its not good he didnt scale with my main hand , i tryed almost everything but dont work

i have the same problem on my enhancement shaman my off hand disapeared

The missing artifact offhand problem is fixed now.

You simply have to un-equip and Re-equip the artifact < don't do this via spec change or anything, just simply Un-equip it and Re-equip it >
