[COMPLETED] fire mage artifact bugged cant use any traits again

After all of that my item got deleted from my inventory with my 850 ilvl relic,when i got to the mailbox i got my artifact (without the relic) and it had 3,700 Artifact Power
I reloged and it had 0 i went to do a world quest for artifact power,after i did the quest i empowered my artifact it had around 9k artifact power when i tried to use that AP into traits
I still didnt have my main trait and i still could use AP on the second trait i even cant use ap on the first trait
When i logged out and logged back in i lost all of my ap here are the pictures for proof

Also when i switched to arcane and back to fire after all of this, artifact power went back to 3,700 and i still cant get any traits not even the main one

You didnt fix anything in the previous topic is the lowkey

AFter taking the artifacts from mail exit game to save to server and reply in 5 mins. I will send them

Do not add any artifact power check if you can add the first trait after you exit and log in again

Also delete your cache

i got the artifact from the mail,i exited the game deleted the cache folder logged back in and i have the first main trait i went up to the forge and i had 3,700 AP i put 100 in the first trait and it unlocked all other traits it seems to work fine however i got one extra item in my inventory and thats heart of the phoenix

you can see i have 2 heart of the phoenix what should i do with the one in my backpack?
also you didnt give me back my relic i posted in the first topic called "Gift of Flame"
