Cannot trade an item after the boss

Details: Me (Capit) and Synblade (another plater in our guild) decided to switch our loot. I would trade him Rockhide Bracers (hc) and he would trade me Bone Link Fetish ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=78002&&name=bone-link-fetish ).
He could trade me the trinket but I couldn't trade him the bracers. We were in the same raid and you can check the loot what we got from the boss.
Please take the bracers from my bags and give them to Synblade.
