Character name 30 days reservation name issue

Hello there,

i have a character named "Hordraric" and i wanted to start over from level 1. the thing is if i delete him i cant use the name during 30 days! according to the wow-freakz character list it says that the name is reserved for 30 days. i googled it and seems that the name should be reserved to my account during those 30 days and the available to everyone. The thing is that is not available to myself either. This way, i restored the character and i am waiting for a GM response to my ticket.
Did anyone ever had this problem? can anyone help me please? i really wanted to play again and i dont want to wait 30 days to do so.

It's an intended cooldown regarding this matter, not a problem. Your character name is reserved to your account those 30 days as you said, but you can't use it. After those 30 days anyone can use it.

shouldnt i be able to use the name since it is reserved to my account? i really wanted to play the game again and i dont feel into playing another character other than with my nickname.
