[DUPLICATE] ALL Trinkets from WQ+919 secondary stats go down to 690 after relog

Bug description: I received the trinket from wq. I equiped it and it gave me 919 haste. As it should.
BUT after relog it gives me only 690. Check the sceenshots.

This bug uccurs for ALL Trinkets you can get in WQ that are ilvl 840.
