Bug description: Senegos, the npc that gives you the quests to continue Azsuna story line and also the quest chain Balance of Power gets phased and when you get close to him to get the quests it dissapears randomly

The issue was already reported here where it's confirmed that multiple quests are affected by the phasing of the NPC.
