Bug description: I'm progressing Azsuna Matata which requires to complete all the Azsuna storylines. I achieved the Defending Azurewing Repose and i can't go further becuase i have no quests. I looked after it, and the next storyline(Azsuna versus Azshara) quest starts at Senegos, but the npc is missing.

The case has been reported here and as you can see, the NPC is suffering from phasing issues which affect multiple quests.
