Quest bug confirm but for next step.

It drops the key but quest can't be completed

I choose the reward, click complete and nothing happens ( meet this bug on many quests )

I can confirm, although I was able to complete this on another character just fine.

Edit: I tried choosing the opposite reward,(again) and it had completed.
