[DUPLICATE] Battleground system need some rework and update

Current BG on Freaks:

- Amount of players in team not right:
We start as 10v10 after 5min somebody left from our team. So when somebody queues he should get in our team. But the system puts new players just randomly in a team not looking at its size. Had way to many games where I play 9vs12 and then the team with more players get even more to make it 9vs13 or even 14.

- Putting roles into teams is wrong. One team has 4 healers the other team has 0. Players who queue as healers should not all land in one team.
=> Unbalanced

- When you get invite to join a bg you get a lot of times the message: "Join failed because battleground is allready full. ....." This is annoying as well.

- Joining BGs as a Party may cause for some players the message: "BG is Full"(Happened in Temple of Kata..., Warsong, ...)

- Battle of Gilneas has a 1500 Points Cap in Legion (Its 2000 here)

- Marks of Honor are not dropping
