[DUPLICATE] [Broken Isles] Daily Emissary Quest

Bug description: I logged onto server on 28th March on my character Druidszarego, and I had no emissary quest available. I checked my other characters, and every single of them had an emissary for Broken Shore. I decided to ignore it, maybe just one time bug, who knows. Today, on 29th March I logged into my Druid to do today's emissary for Argus, because I'd miss 1 Wakening Essence to upgrade legendary after finishing daily Random Heroic, and to my surprise I had no emissary quest available for another day in a row.
