[DUPLICATE] Cages to Rescue Azure Whelplings Activate PVP

Bug description: all the time suddenly theres someone Getting the PvP activated by these cages when touched it/Interact

I Found out how it works and apparently having a Player with PvP Active Close to the Cage or player makes his PvP Activate too, normally theres always someone with PvP Active which makes a disaster most of the time

i Honestly think that is Important because Nobody cares about anyone else, so if they can just kill another player they would do it, making everything worst for the others and lets hope is not used to farm Honor or whatever already.
