[DUPLICATE] Cant see quest items (mushrooms on the ground)

Character name: Valpurga
Bug description: For this quest I have to collect 50 mushrooms from Redelav District/Revendreth as seen here : https://youtu.be/WZskum3Fxv4?t=75 . The problem is I cant see these mushrooms (quest items) on the ground. I reloged, cleared the cache folder, abandoned quest, retake it, searched the whole zone - I simply cannot see these on the ground
