[DUPLICATE] Champion Armor Sets consumed with no benefit.

Bug description: All 3 armor sets attained from class hall missions are consumed on use without increasing the champion's item level as intended. My champions are levels 835 and 840, so they should be able to receive a benefit from these.
Proof: No proof to show, as a screenshot would not show the failure to increase a champion's item level.

Same issue happened to me today. And they used to work before 7.2.5 patch.
