[DUPLICATE] [Class Hall mission] Facing our Fears (Seal of Broken Fate not being given)

Bug description: The Class Hall Mission "Facing Our Fears" is not giving the Seal of Broken fate, only the other item. It could be that I had 6/6 Seals already, but as seen on the video, I don't. Last week I also didn't get it, but didn't manage to capture on video

After I lost 4k order resources, because of the mission chance of success bug (185-200% success chance BEFORE starting, and 25%-35% listed after that, despite the fact I was using 850 ilvl followers), the seal was not given.
Really?
Repair the damn' success chance and quest reward already. This is an aspect of the game which interfere with the chance of players of getting a reward from bonus roll.
You lose a big chunk of order resources for nothin'? C'mon guys...You can do better than that.

Both the mission and the success chance are not working as intended.
