Bug description:
Cred ca sansa de parry la DK, e mult prea mica. Am facut niste comparatii cu retail, si ceva nu da bine.

Parry meu in gear malevolent, full upgrade, centrat pe strength - 11%

La 5493 parry chance, am doar 6.21% bonus, ceea ce e foarte foarte putin, asta vine 885 puncte per 1% parry. Ceva nu e in regula.
Pe toate serverele unde am jucat DK, parry chance era de la 15-16-17 in sus, nefiind neaparat in gear full.
Aici la gear full 2/2, am 11%.

Sa fie de la patch notes de 5.4 pe gear de 5.1 de vina? Ma poate ajuta cineva cu feedback?

Basically our parry gain from strength is 50% less than what it was on retail, something wrong with the conversion formula as explained in that topic.

If this gets fixed our parry % will be double of what they are now.
