[DUPLICATE] Discipline Priest - Light's Wrath - Overloaded with Light

Bug description: I used to get this buff quiet often when questing or in dungeons. To give you a timetable, Overloaded with Light used to appear about 3 times in each Legion Dungeon on Normal or Heroic, or maybe a better example would be that, if I was continuously fighting mobs or anything killable on Broken Isles the buff would reappear just before the cooldown end on Light's Wrath. That means that everytime I was able to cast Light's Wrath it would be buffed, if I was constantly fighting without teleporting and other actions that resets the buff. But a month ago or sometime near that, it hasn't appeared under any circumstances. I tried many methods to make sure that I did everything I could so that it appears but without any success.

Has anything changed? Can this buff stop procing if something is triggered? If yes please enlighten me cause I can't find any info regarding this.

Beside that for me proc only in hc dungeon (not myth) and world.

guess it was bugged before , you are supposed to get 1-2 procs per week on average and you were getting 1-2 per dungeon .....
