Bug description: Hits mobs not even in combat with anyone, moreover hits through the walls and all kind of platforms just to put up a 2nd dot on something.

Rejected, the spell will act like a normal aoe/cleave spell when using this legendary. as for the LoS issue I was not able to find any evidence for this.
