WoW Freakz spell link: Lightning Reflexes
Bug description: Doesn't give as much dodge. Judging by the difference in the videos, I should have 1-3% difference from Crit to Dodge but in reality the difference is 19%.

That cause of missing dodge was discovered by Quicksand. Apparently, we should get dodge rating from agility.
