[DUPLICATE] [Emerald Nightmare] Boss hp scaling doesn't work correct.

Bug description: When 10 people will enter in the raid instance the bosses HP will be scaled for 10 players, but if more players are getting inside the instance/raid, let's say about 20 people. The boss which they are at doesn't scale his HP when the encounter starts and the boss difficulty will still be at 10 players instead of 20 and people can abuse of it. But when all the players in the instance die the boss will reset and his HP will scale to normal.

Yesterday i did ursoc and it seems that his HP scalled corectly when other 2 people entered the raid after ursoc we did the dragons and my game crashed while i was in the instance and they kicked me because i disnt come back on and the bosses HP didnt scaled corectly from what i heard. and instead of 14 players HP (without me) was 15 players HP and same thing i said up happened.

HP Scaling @ Ilgynoth is bugged aswell.
