Bug description: The mark of the trained soldier should give 600 mastery but actually gives 300 mastery
Proof: this is the screenshot without necklace :http://imgur.com/a/4QY0h
and this is the screenshot with the enchanted necklace: http://imgur.com/a/wYUZA,
so if the enchant gave 600 mastery I should have 8853 + 1410 + 600 = 10863 mastery instead I have 10563
