Bug description: Getting the new trait https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=238106&&name=winds-of-change makes your ability to generate maelstrom trough maelstrom weapon non existant, this greatly slows down the overall the dps of the spec.

these 2 screenshots are before and after auto attacking a dummy for 1 minute, as you can tell all the maelstrom I gained was from the windfury procs
