I can confirm, I tried on a new Human toon,

After killing one mob, it awarded me 150Exp, and after equiping 5 heirloom that should stack to +45% experience. (Helm +10%, Shoulder +10%, Cloak +5%, Chest +10%, Legs +10%)

The same mob awarded me 180exp (+20%) rather than the 217 (~+45%) that should be given
