Bug description: Heirlooms gear experience bonus doesn't stack, only first 10% and first 5% work after that nothing. With head, shoulder, back, chest, legs, 2 ring exp bonus should be 55% but you still get only 15% bonus exp.
Proof: Was killing L1 Young Nightsaber for the test. For the quest 250x1.15=287,5 and it should be 250.1.55=387,5

Confirmed. I was killing lvl 3 mobs and earning 138 exp with helmet, shoulders, cloak and chest. Taking out helmet and shoulders still earning 138 exp. It really seems like it only take into account the first +10% exp and the first +5% exp.
