[DUPLICATE] Getting 2 Artifact Research Notes at Artifact Knowledge level 24

Bug description: It's actually possible to receive 2 Artifact Research Notes from the class hall when your knowledge is at level 24. The result is that you are left with a note that you can't use and you can't even destroy (the item cannot be destroyed). If I remember correctly, at knowledge level 24 I clicked on the "Create all" button on the research window (which should have been fine since it showed 1 of 1 research available), then visited the class hall after enough days for 2 researches to be completed, and 2 notes were awarded to me, even if it should have been just 1. I haven't paid attention when clicking on "Create all" if it took 500 order resources or 1000.

Proof: I haven't documented all the steps because, of course, I didn't know this bug existed. I can, however, show you that my Druid is at knowledge level 25 and yet he still has a note, which should be impossible in a bug-free environment:

If you manage to get rid of this bug, then please also remove all leftover notes from characters with knowledge level 25, or at least instruct the GM's to take care of it when asked through in-game ticket.
