Descrierea bugului / Bug description: se procuie extrem de greu.
Dovada / Proof:
This is a new talent added in patch 4.0.1 before Cataclysm is released. It acts exactly as Brain Freeze , in the sense that is has a chance to make your pyroblast instant cast and cost no mana
The proc rate is 33% to activate an instant Pyroblast every time you crit with any of the given spells.

true, primu talent e pt low geared, adica la fiecare crit ai sansa de 33%sa procuie, aici merge doar talentu 2 care dupa 2 crituri consecutive il procuieste garantat(adica merge partial, critul de lb nu se pune)
