[DUPLICATE] [Hunter][All Specs][Spell] Binding Shot stun duration in PvP

WoW Freakz spell link: Binding Shot
Bug description:
1. It should stun for 3 seconds in PvP, not 5.
2. You get stunned even if you Intervene / Charge / Leap away from arrow.

Proof:

Here i Heroic Leap to a random location and i still get stunned.

duplicate. Also, the warr should get stunned if it exits the 5y radius with leap/charge etc.
