Bug description: the effect of this spell is bug if a mm hunter casts https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=204147&name=windburst you will be snare and has to fade after u leave the effect but for what ever reason this happens pretty annoying since u cant dispel it not even with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=66115&name=hand-of-freedom i cant tell how much i hate when a mm focuses me with it.

as u can see the effect is not under the npc but still slowed if u watch my buffs u can see i got the speed buff from windburst as well
