Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When casting 2 Explosive Shots in a row, the second one "clips" the first one's last tick. I'm not sure about the exact way the DoT damage is supposed to be transferred but all sources clearly say that if the second Explosive Shot hits the target while there's one tick left on the previous Explosive Shot, he doesn't lose dps. sadly that's the only clear thing about these sources.

from this http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/7415464585 source, it looks like the last tick's damage gets added to the first tick of the next Explosive Shot. another source is http://outdps.com/2011/11/21/survival-rotation-changes-in-4-3/#comment-8165 yet for some reason I still can't understand the exact mechanics of this DoT damage trasfer. if anyone can decipher these posts or find a new source please post it here.

Dovada / Proof: When I cast 2 Explosive Shots in a row the damage of the second shot doesn't get any bigger and recount, combat log and my eyes show me that only 5 ticks occurred, all at normal damage.

Personally I can't believe this wasn't reported yet. or at least I didn't find any mention of it in the Bug Report's section.

when they talk about munching at all it's when they queue the next Explosive Shot before the gcd is over and the server gets confused, just like 2 ignites happening too close to each other. this bug report is about the last tick happening/being added to the new DoT, and not the second one happening if you cast the next Explosive too early.
