[DUPLICATE] Hunter - Sic'em not working!

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Sic'em is working only as visual that is procced off Arcane Shot but when you use or pet uses it's basic ability such as claw - the cost is not reduced, the focus cost of that basic attack is still 25 focus! Basic Attack = https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=16827&&name=claw . This bug is under "fixed" but i don't know how can it be under fixed when it's clearly not working.
