[DUPLICATE] [Hunter][Survival] Pet attack speed and damage

Bug description: Survival hunter's pets seem to be doing double the damage with their melee attacks but at half the speed resulting in the same amount of damage overall from the pet, but results in less procs from mastery. Weirdly enough there seems to be no problem with MM or BM pets' attack speed or damage.
Proof: My pet's melee attack count in 300 seconds while bloodlust used at the start

There has been an issue regarding the Trait Fluffy, Go. I've already confirmed a report regarding that issue so for now I will mark this as duplicate.
