[DUPLICATE] [Item] Heirloom problem

So today I bought 5 heirlooms for my prot pally and the stats on the items don't work excepting armor , with or without the items the health/strenght/dodge/hit/expertise/parry remains the same. Is this a known problem? If it is excuse me , if not please help me. Thank you for your time.

I have the same problem with my heirlooms on my mistweaver monk, at the time of this post she is lvl 21 and my heirlooms dont give stamina. All other stats seem to work but stamina doesnt. This is only with the looms, other items give stamina. Even the Heirloom int staff that is given automatically to me doesnt give stamina.

Edit: Monks name is Suplift.

Edit 2: They dont give other stats either, i was a bit confused about the stats since my enchants give stats, however the armor doesnt.

Please fix this. A no lifer as I am, I am literally sitting on my computer waiting for this to be fixed.
