Bug description: Boss starts encounter, gate closes then reopens, no adds spawn to finish encounter, boss resets

I Confirm .......the encounter starts then immediatly resets and the boss disappeares on both 10 & 25 man difficulties

Not only him, but also Loatheb. The teleport system is placed over him and he's caged inside, which makes him impossible to target or attack.
