Bug description: So, is this getting fixed anytime soon? Thing is you can`t finish this quest, it`s not in your questlog, and quest giver has grey "?", deleting cachce /addons doesn`t work for most people, this is really a severe bug, please fix this... Some people are still on knowledge research like level 4, while others have almost 20... creating a big gap for traits, because you can`t effectively farm artifact power and progress on m+/EN.
