Bug description: Ildine Sorrowspear inside the enchanting shop in Dalaran she's not giving the quest Some Enchanted Evening.
Ildine Sorrowspear is standing at the desk left from Enchanter Nalthanis. Speak with her and turn in the quest, she will teach you Legion Enchanter.
To get the quest on retail you have to do:
1.story line quest to get to new dalaran
2.friendly rep with faction in broken islands
3.learn enchanting
Proof:

and still i cant take the starting quest. i think the problem is on my character because i donate and buy full enchanting from wow shop
