as you can see from the pics the champion is ilvl 830. i took him after finishing the class hall upgrade +1 extra champion and legionfall champion achive. he was 110 lvl white and 750ilvl (if i remember correctly)

for me they work on old champions, only for this new champion (the 6 one after legionfall campaign) they give error.

i don't see something wrong here, legit damage. also that "one instant ability" need 5 CP (5 globals) + time to have full energy bar. so the so called "one instant ability" need minimal 10-12 seconds setup.
