Bug description: never proc
Proof: 500+ hits on dummy no extra proc / no animation / no damage. (ican't fraps right now sry but is rly easy to notice that this trait never proc - test it in more than 30 dungeons m+ runs + on dummy i never see damage on the screen or animation extra on the bear form)
