Bug description: You can not disenchant relics even if it stay "disenchantable" on them.

You can not disenchant them and you can not sell them either, even tho they have a sell price. And it does not matter if you got them from world drop, world quest, dungeon boss or raid, the only way to get rid of them is by deleting them
