WoW Freakz spell link: Lay on hands
Bug description: This will be something long

1. So, as you can see Lay on hands has 10minutes/ 600seconds CD.
When im using Unbreakable Spirit talent , it gets down to 7minutes/ 420seconds as you can see here ...Oke, everything good here.

2. But..the Reducing CD from Holy trait Focused Healing is doesnt working correctly...Oh yeah, btw, it should reduce the CD by 10% for each trait, not 9% as it says on tooltip, but even if is 9% or 10%, still doesnt work correctly.

First - There are 3ways to reduce the CD of Lay on Hands and used on this order.
a) Unbreakable Spirit
b) Focused Healing
c) Tyr's Hand of Faith

Just did a quick test with a Trial Char and this is how the CD scaled based on Focused Healing traits..

Did some math but i rly couldn't found any algorithm for this scale of percents..

And can i ask devs to take a look on holy paladin ? It has the most buggy spells among healers right now and bcs of that it is the worst atm . Which shouldnt be like this according to retail

holy paladin is a really CD-BASED healer.
makes them good for raids where you have at least 3 healers. so that they can provide emergency support.

like resto shamans with ascendance and ancestral guidance, which makes them really weak at sustain heal, but on the other hand, makes them an Anti-Wipe beast.

it is understandable that bugs regarding CoolDowns can be really annoying for such type of healers.

the logic seems fine to me. the math is correct...

Like raven said its a difference between reduced cooldown and recovery rate.

you take 600 sec base * by 0.7(talent) = 420

now if you have 4 points in FH trait you get:

420 sec cd / 1.4 = 300 sec . You have 305 seconds due to the fact that I believed on mrrobot its rounded to the nearest integer whereas the real value is 9.89% per trait I believe.

The point is cd reduction with recovery rate are two different things. The interactions are fine.

Yes because you are on live where hands legendary give 70% cooldown reduction instead of 60%, the 7.1.5 value.

With 4 traits in Focused Healing, legendary hands and US talent you have 2 minutes CD on Lay of Hands same as retail back on 7.1.5.
