Legion Raids Boss Artifact Power Reward

Bug description: Every time you kill a raid boss on legion must reward you if is Personal loot with : Gold , Ap token and item if you have chance , curently on freakz when you kill a raid boss only a few ppl gets Ap token lets say in a 25 raid only 4-6 gets Ap token , 3-4 gets item and others clap they hands because the loot is not working as it should . Rewarding token on every boss kill is helping you Upgrading the weapon since you need a huge amount of Ap to max it , and ppl are getting less interest in raiding because of this . PPL who raid can confirm this, and is very annoying.
Proof: Here are some profs from blizz sry if they are from NH but if you want I can bring you from Emerald. Boss down Token Get.

As you can see in 3rd and 4rd Image i get Item + Ap token. ( Ap token is guaranteed 100% drop per boss )

any news on this? bug is still live. pretty annoying for raiders, since you barely get any AP from raids. forces you to go to M+ for AP, where you have to farm +2-8/9 keys, because 10+ AP still hasn't been fixed after 6 months. the grind was bad enough on retail, no need to make it even harder here.

after full NH mythic run yesterday i loot 1 Ap token and 1 item (without extra rolls)

Anyone can find some ACTUAL INFO on what token should drop on what raid and what difficulty? I guess different difficulties (and different raids) have different tokens. All we see in that screenshot is https://www.wowhead.com/item=151561/bauble-of-the-triumphant which is a 7.2.5 item

Did some research but it's quite challenging finding info on this.
What I could find is this post from 7.2. This guy is complaining that they reduced the ap gain from NH in 7.2, but also mentioned how it used to be before.

The max AK in 7.2 was 40. So I think the items that should drop are these:

Yes those are and the loot should be 100% guarantee if you don't get an item

I don't know if this topic is still discussed or not , but if my memory serves me well , 100% drop chance AP tokens weren't a thing until 7.2.0 , with the addition of the new traits etc .

On 7.2.0 i belive it was the same thing , except that the tokens where available on 1 difficulty only , say if you did an lfr full clear of emeral nightmare , and then you did mythic with your guild , you wouldn't get any AP tokens from the bosses on mythic .
