Bug description:

Chilled has a diminishing return rendering frost mage completely unplayable in PvP as well as arcane mage with Slow having the same DR bug. It used to work perfectly in 7.1.5 for both frost and arcane.

Offtopic: In the meantime DK's chain don't have DR to make it even more "balanced" in PVP

Ontopic: I think this has been already reported, and this is not the case only with mage (arcane, frost) slows but also on some other classes like Warr harmstring, rogue slow, making these classes unplayable at the moment in PVP.

Only the arcane one has been reported/confirmed. Only thing that we can do is just wait for this to be confirmed and fixed, not much else.
