WoW Freakz spell link: Provoke + Black Ox Statue

Bug description: as seen in the spell description, it shall provoke aka. taunt ALL targets in 8 yrs from Statue to attack you. just like Mocking Banner from Prot Warriors.
AND Obviously it doesnt... when you try it, it says: invalid target

Proof: Black Ox Placed
Provoke cast
Provoke invalid target
