Bug description: Upon casting renewing mist there should be no delay determent by the speed of the animation between Monk and it's allied target. Direct or jump application of the overtime HoT should be instantaneous regardless the distance.

At the moment on WoW-Freakz it takes a good 1.5 sec for the renewing mist to get applied on the target from 40y range determent by animation speed.

PS

Animation speed is ok . But the heal overtime should be instant.
