[DUPLICATE] Monk class campaign stuck on quest (42191) and (41946)

Bug description: I started doing the class campaign for monk. I had 2 quests (42191) and (41946). Both of them i couldnt complete for w/e reason. About quest (41946) i did the quest but it was showing me 0/1. Apparently its a "visual bug" But i didnt know that so i abandoned the quest and i cant take it anymore, so i guess i really did complete it. So i found a way to check if i have done a quest so i wrote /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(ID)) and it said true. About quest (42191) The quest requieres me to pick an upgrade for my class hall. But i had one upgrade already going on and i have 7 days remaining on it(its the 4th upgrade). Again i abandoned the quest and i could never take it again. The quest was still 0/1. So i restart the game, i check my quest log and i see the same quest (42191) and again i cant do anything. Everytime i restart the game i get the quest. I wrote /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(ID)) and it said true. So i guess ìf the system says true on both of them im ready to carry on right? But no, i do not have any more quests nor missions.

Here i restarted the game and i have the quest in my log and im standing next to the npc that finishes the quest.

Also you can see the time under the map and see i did the quests in a chronological sequence

Update: You guys said that class campaigns are fully fixed and working properly, even testerday Shockeru restarted the server so the changes can be aplied. And yea the class upgrade was instantly finished(i guess that was a part of the plan because it was on 6 days remaining) And i still had the quest. I picked the other first upgrade which costs 500order resources to see if its working. And it was not working. Honestly it is getting pretty annoying so can you take a look and solve my issue?
