[DUPLICATE] New Traits from the quest (A Gift from the Six) Not showing

Bug description: After i finished the Broken Shore scenario where u get introduced to the new zone,i was going back to Dalaran to get my new traits for my DH on Havoc.After completing the quest A Gift from The Six i've seen that i didn't got my new traits on my artifact(Proof linked).I relogged,disabled my addons,deleted cache and logs,changed spec to Vengeance in hopes that i might get the quest a second time at least for that but nothing happened.As u can see in the pics. taken there are no new traits on any of my artifacts and the quest giver doesn't give the quest anymore and proof that Broken Shore Scenario is done and the world quests are unlocked.

I seem to have found a fix for this.NOTE:This only works if u got another artifact which doesn't have 35 traits yet.What u wanna do if u didn't got ur traits from the first try is to get another artifact of urs to 35 traits,then go back to Violet Citadel relog speak to the npc which gives u the quest change ur spec to the one which u haven't gotten ur traits from the first try and click on the spell that the npc gives u to empower ur artifact.If u wanna get ur new traits for the artifact that u leveled ur traits on and used for this quest simply abandon and retake the quest and Voila u got urself traits for both of ur artifacts.
