[DUPLICATE] "On The Hunt" quest never appear on mission class hall

Bug description: The quest "A Noble Event" needs 4 items to complete; (1) list of invited noble, (2) fox hunt invitation, (3) first half of the map, and (4) second half of the map
i have 3 parts of the quest item except "list of invited noble" which is a reward from mission hall quest "On The Hunt". almost five days i check on mission hall quest but the quest never appear to my character
