[DUPLICATE] Opening the Test Kitchen (Nomi Cooking quest Chain)

Bug description: The quest Is bugged 1 You can not skip it as it say's you could in the link . 2 You can not loot the Nomi's Silver mackerell out of the barrel, which in return means you can not complete the quest .. which is essential to be ableto complete further quests with Nomi.

*** a Suggestion and with no disrespect ... before actually implementing scripts/Quest/Items Please test them on your Devs server before actually adding them to the actual server. there fore you can save your time with running back and forth trig to fix something . but rather do it right from the start and so everyone is happy.... save yourself the time. i mean implementing something that does not work just frustrates the players and you guys because ... people will keep nagging on it until its done .. have it complete and bug free before implementing .... annyways thnx for your hard work
