[DUPLICATE] [Paladin][Retribution] Haste

Bug description: Haste affects Retribution Paladins really weirdly since the 7.3.5. It reduces and increases active CDs when haste gets increased/decreased due to do procs turning on and off. It's suppose to affect the CDs for the next cast of that ability, not increase/decrease it while it's actively counting down. There is another topic about this that is in the CONFIRMED section but it's only talking about Judgement ability while in reality all abilities are affected by this not just Judgement so I wanted to kind of add onto it but I think this will probably just get discarded and thrown into the duplicate section..

It is already reported and i cannot do anything about it until devs decide to fix it,it is a general issue not just affecting paladins but for paladin it is more a positive bug than negative if you play around it.
